Here is a list of Controllers that are compatible with the AFTV2 with pros and cons
Wired XBox 360 controller
Pros: Works with 99% of the games I tested. Fairly comfortable.
Cons: Wired (not really a con for me). Also, you are still unable to use multiple wired gamepads on the Fire TV 2.
Note: You can buy some damn good knock offs here >>
PDP Rock Candy Wired XBox 360 Controller
Pros: Lovely colors and data long, white, nine foot cable
Cons: A bit on the thick side, not as comfortable. Also, some games have issues with the analog triggers and right stick.
Gamesir G2 Gamepad (Bluetooth)
Pros: This controller features glowing A,B,X,Y buttons and a mouse mode. AFTV2 has an easy time picking up on this controller.
In-Between: The Controller in small. Great for travel play but might not be for couch play, unless you have small hands.
Cons: The thumb sticks do not have "rubber" grips. Additionally L1 and R1 are DIGITAL triggers while L2 and R2 are in a awkward place under the controller.
